01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 33bd platform at 33bd.live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 33bd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 33bd platform.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

33bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 33bd has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

If your 33bd account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play during the suspension period. 33bd will contact you via the email address registered to your account to inform you of the suspension and the reason for it, where permitted to do so.
